我国图书馆面临的新挑战

随着因特网在世界范围的迅速发展及中国加入(WTO)世界贸易组织,图书馆面临着新的挑战和机遇,因特网的迅猛发展使信息资源的全球化正在变成现实。面对自动化,网络化,数字化的挑战,必须转变观念,与时俱进,加快图书馆现代化建设的进程和服务方式的改变,才能适应信息时代的要求;中国加入WTO, 使我国面对世界。随着WTO组织对知识产权的保护,文献信息资源共建共享应成为高校图书馆的共识和对策。

Libraries of Our Country are Faced with New Challenges

Whit the rapid development of Internet and China's accession to WTO, libraries in China are faced with new chances as well as challenges. It is possible that information resources globalize because the Internet is rapidly developing. Facing the challenges of autoimmunization and digitalization, we must change our idea and expedite the building of libraries?modernization and the change of libraries?service manner to suit the needs of the information times. It makes us face the world, after China acceded to the World Trade Organization. For the World Trade Organization protecting the rights of knowledge, altogether building, sharinging and stocking the information resources of documents will become the common idea and countermeasure in university libraries.
