心电图与心向量联合与单独心电图检查对心肌缺血的诊断价值

摘    要:目的对比分析心电图与心向量联合检查与单独心电图检查对心肌缺血的诊断价值。方法选取我院80例冠心病患者,其中有症状者50例,无症状者30例,再根据诊断方法细分为联合组和心电图组,比较两种方法诊断心肌缺血的阳性率,分析两种方法的诊断价值。结果经过两种方法对有症状患者诊断后,联合组的心肌缺血的阳性率为96.00%,明显高于单独心电图组的72.00%:对无症状患者的诊断后,联合组的心肌缺血的阳性率为86.67%,明显高于单独心电图组的46.67%;差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论心电图与心向量联合检查能够提高心肌缺血的检出率,尤其是针对无症状的心肌缺血的诊断比单独心电图诊断心肌缺血的敏感性好.可广泛应用于临床诊断心肌缺血。

Abstract:Objective To compare and analyze the diagnostic value of electrocardiographic examination and electrocardiogram combined with cardiac vector on myocardial ischemia. Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were chosen, including 50 patients with symptoms, and 30 patients without symptoms. All patients were divided into combination group and electrocardiogram group, and the positive rates of myocardial ischemia were compared between the two groups to analyze the diagnostic value of two methods. Results For patients with symptoms, the positive rate of myocardial ischemia in the combination group was 96.00%, significantly higher than 72.00% of the electrocardiogram group, with statistically significant difference(P 〈0.05). For patients without symptoms, the positive rate of myocardial ischemia in the combination group was 86.67%, significantly higher than 46.67% of the electrocardiogram group, with statistically significant difference(P〈O.05). Conclusions Electrocardiogram combined with cardiac vector can improve the diagnostic rate of myocardial ischemia. The combined method is more sensitive than the electrocardiogram solely especially for patients without symptoms. It is worthy of wide application in clinical diagnosis of myocardial ischemia.
