鼻咽癌应用高效细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞与放疗联合治疗的临床效果

目的 观察细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞（cytoking induced killer,CIK）联合放疗对鼻咽癌的疗效.方法 入选2011年3月至2013年5月我院120例经病理确诊的鼻咽癌患者,随机分为两组,试验组60例采用CIK联合放疗,对照组60例采用单纯放疗.观察两组临床疗效及并发症的差异.结果 试验组有效率91.7％高于对照组76.7％,有统计学差异（P＜0.05）;试验组并发症发生率13.3％低于对照组28.3％,有统计学差异（P＜0.05）.结论 CIK联合放疗对鼻咽癌疗效显著,具有较高的临床有效率,消除肿瘤明显,同时患者并发症的发生率较小,能有效消除肿瘤及提高患者生活质量.

Clinical Effect of Cytokine Induced Killer Cells Combined with Radiotherapy in the Treatment of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Objective To observe the effect ofcytokine induced killer （cytoking induced killer, CIK ） combined with radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 120 cases of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosed by pathology in our hospital form March 2011 to May 2013 were selected, and randomly divided into experimental group of 60 patients with CIK combined with radiotherapy, and control group of 60 patients receiving radiotherapy. The difference of clinical therapeutic effect and complications in the two groups were observed. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 91.7%, significantly higher than that of 76.7% in the control group （P 〈0.05）; the incidence of complications in the experimental group was 13.3%, lower than that of 28.3% in the control group, with significant difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions CIK combined with radiotherapy is effective in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. It can significantly eliminate tumor, decrease the incidence of complications in patients, and improve the life quality of patients.
