彩色多普勒超声对布-加综合征诊断的临床价值

目的分析彩超(彩色多普勒超声)在诊断布-加综合征(BCS)中的临床应用价值。方法选取26例临床中经过手术或下腔静脉造影的BCS患者,回顾分析其入院时彩色超声诊断的直接及间接征象。并根据患者下腔静脉及肝静脉阻塞情况进行分型分析。结果患者经治疗后病理诊断分型为:肝静脉型8例,下腔静脉型14例,混合型4例。超声诊断结果为:肝静脉型7例,下腔静脉型13例,混合型3例。1例混合型误诊为下腔静脉型,2例漏诊。诊断准确率为88.5%。结论彩超在诊断断布-加综合征中有较高准确率,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Clinical Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Budd-Chiari Syndrome

Objective To analyse the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of Budd-Chians syndrome （BCS）. Methods 26 BCS patients were selected after operation or inferior vena cavography. Their direct and indirect indications of color ultrasonic diagnosis were retrospectively analysed, which were classified and analysed according to the condition of their inferior vena cava and hepatic vein obstruction. Results After treatment, the patients were pathologically diagnosed as hepatic vein type （8 cases）, inferior vena cava type （14 cases）, mixed type （4 cases）. The ultrasound diagnosed for 7 cases of hepatic vein type, 13 cases of inferior vena cava type, 3 cases of mixed type. 1 cases of mixed type were misdiagnosis as inferior vena cava type, and 2 cases missed diagnosis. The diagnostic accuracy was 88.5%. Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis is highly accurate for diagnosing Budd-Chiari syndrome, with great value in clinical application.
