摘    要:针对舰船控制柜的使用环境具有比较严重的横倾工况的问题,对控制柜的承载结构进行有限元力学仿真.在减震器位置施加位移全约束,模拟控制柜横摇45°环境,同时施加横向2g和垂向1g加速度的冲击,并进行计算验证.计算结果表明:最大应力在减震器底座安装螺栓处,大小为191.2 MPa,低于材料许用应力235 MPa,满足设计要求,通过理论分析,降低了设计的风险,减少了后期重复的设计,节约设计成本,为产品的设计提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Aiming at the heeling condition problem of ship control cabinet in environment, carry out finite element mechanics simulation for control cabinet frame. Put displacement fully constraint on damper, the control cabinet was simulated with a 45 degree roll environment, the impact of lateral 2 g and vertical 1 g acceleration is applied simultaneously, and verified by calculation. The results show that the maximum stress is on the shock absorber base bolt. The size is 191.2 MPa, which is lower than the allowable stress of the material by 235 MPa. It meets the design requirements. Through the theoretical analysis, the design risk is reduced, and the design of the later period is reduced, so the design cost can be cut down. It provides a theoretical basis for the design of the product.
