火炮补弹机构锁紧装置的研究与分析

摘    要:以某型火炮补弹机构为研究对象,基于火炮补弹机构锁紧装置本身的特点和承载特性,在力学分析基础上利用有限元法,对火炮补弹机构锁紧过程中该装置的动态响应进行了仿真计算和数值模拟,使用ADAMS软件进行动力学仿真,并使用ABAQUS有限元软件进行静力学和模态分析.结果表明:该装置能够缩短补弹时间、提高补弹效率、降低补弹强度,实现快速补弹,满足锁紧机构性能的要求.

Abstract:Take certain type artillery ammunition providing system as research target, based on artillery ammunition providing system locking mechanism feature and bearing characteristics, use finite element method to carry out simulation calculation and numerical simulation of mechanism dynamic response in artillery ammunition providing process according to dynamic analysis basis. Use ADAMS software to carry out dynamic simulation, and adopt ABAQUS finite element software to carry out static analysis and modality analysis. The results show that the mechanism can shorten ammunition providing time, improve ammunition providing efficiency, reduce ammunition providing intensity, realize fast ammunition providing and meet requirements of locking mechanism.
