摘    要:为满足在特殊环境下电磁供电的高可靠、高精度要求,提出一种基于高压可调恒流源的电磁阀冗余供电系统.采用双路自动切换供电及可调恒流源的设计方法,减少了整个系统的发热量.采用双冗余的供电设计方法,在紧急断电的情况下,系统自动切换至UPS不间断电源,以保证系统恒流源变换模块的可靠供电.实验结果表明,该系统能够可靠地进行双路进线电源自动切换和高精度的电流输出.该系统所采用的模块化、低功耗、双冗余等设计可为长期工作使用的装备提供一定的借鉴.

Abstract:For satisfying high reliability and high precision requirements of electromagnetic power supply in special environment, put forwards electromagnetic valve redundant power supply system based on high pressure adjustable constant current source. Use double-path automatic switch power supply method and adjustable constant current source method to reduce heat productivity of whole system. Under emergency power off situation, by using double-redundant power supply design method, system can automatically switch to UPS and ensure reliable power supply of system constant current source change module. The test results show that the system can reliably carry out double path incoming line automatic switch and high precision power output. The modular design, low power consumption, dual redundancy and so on can be used for reference in the long-term work.
