摘    要:目的 探讨雌 /孕激素受体 (ER/PR)在肺癌的临床病理意义 ,研究肺癌的激素受体表达、DNA含量及其与生物学特性的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学SP法检测肺癌组织ER/PR ,流式细胞仪检测DNA含量。结果  4 0例肺癌ER检测阳性 2 3例 (57.5% ) ,PR检测阳性 16例 (4 0 .0 % ) ,异倍体者 31例 (77.5% ) ;受体阳性率与组织学分级呈负相关 ,并与病理类型有关 ;ER阳性者DI值较低 ,以二倍体多见。结论 肺癌组织中存在雌 /孕激素受体 ,能用以反映其生物学行为 ,联合检测激素受体和DNA含量可为肺癌内分泌治疗和预后评估提供更多的生物学依据

Abstract:Objective To study the expression of hormone receptor and the relationship between estrogen/progesterone receptor (ER/PR)and DNA content and the biological features in lung cancer.Methods ER/PR was detected in lung cancer fresh resected or biopsy specimens with immunohistochemistry method, DNA content was measured with flow cytometry. Results The positive rates of ER and PR were 57.5%(23/40)and 40.0%(16/40),the rate of heteroploid was 77.5%(31/40);The positive rate of receptor had negative correlation with histopathologic grade and was related to the pathologic classification of lung neoplasm cells.In ER positive group,the DI was lower and the incidence of diploid was higher.Conclusions There are ER and PR in tissues of lung cancer, and the levels of them can reflect biologic behaviors. Simultaneous detection of ER/PR and DNA content can provide base for clinical endocrine treatment and evaluation of prognosis in lung cancer.
