| 摘 要： | 证人的主要义务是出庭作证和如实陈述，本拟就证人的范围，证人资格，证人的义务进行探讨，重点分析证人不出庭的成因及对策，并对我国诉讼立法提出一些有益的建议，以求对我国审判方式的改革和实现司法公正起积极作用。

| Abstract: | The magor obligation of a witiness includes bearing witness in a lawcourt and state the truth This article discusses something about the category,the qualification and the obligation of a witness easpially about the reasons why a witness dose not give evidence in a lawcourt and about what should we do if were lawyers or the clients In this article I also give some good advice lawsuit legislation. I hope my article will be help to reform the way of trial and to realize judicial impartiality. |
