《金匮要略》“亦主之”条文注释小议

《金匮要略》中有五条一证两方的条文,后世注家对此观点不一。古代医家多从“治法”“证候”“体质”“病位”“病机”等角度论述,以尤在泾为代表的医家认为,一证而用两方是由于二者具有相同的治法。吴谦、喻嘉言、吉益等医家强调,一证两方为证候差异所致。有医家认为,体质因素或为影响因素。当代学者分别运用理论研究、实验研究及中药复方研究等不同的研究方法,对条文进行多维度的解读,呈现出多元化的趋势。古代医家以理论研究为核心,为后世打下坚实理论基础;现代研究在优化古代理论研究的基础上,进一步结合现代科学技术,从实验、药理学等方面进行解释,丰富研究方法的同时,也为新药研发提供了理论支持。

Discussion About the Article Note of "Also Treating Sth." in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber

In Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,there are five articles on one syndrome treated with two different formulas,which are explained differently by later commentators.Ancient doctors mostly discussed from the perspectives of"treatment","syndrome","constitution","disease location"and"pathogenesis".Doctors represented by You Zai-jing believed that the reason why one syn-drome treated with two different formulas is that they have the same treatment.Wu Qian,Yu Jia-yan,Ji Yi and other doctors stressed that one syndrome treated with two different formulas is caused by the difference of syndromes.Some doctors believe that physical factors may be influencing factors.Contemporary scholars use different research methods such as theoretical research,ex-perimental research and TCM compound research to interpret the provisions in multiple dimensions,showing a diversified trend.Ancient doctors took theoretical research as the core and laid a solid theoretical foundation for future generations.On the basis of optimizing ancient theoretical research,modern research further combines modern science and technology to explain from the as-pects of experiment and pharmacology,enrich research methods,and provide theoretical support for new drug research and develop-ment in the future.
