| 摘 要： | 南部山区是济南市的重要生态屏障，其生态建设对全市的可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。较深入地分析了南部山区生态建设中存在的问题，并提出了切实可行的改进措施，提出了营造饲料林、建立生态环境补偿机制等一系列新观点。

| Abstract: | The southern mountain area provides an important ecological defence for Jinan City, and its ecological construction therefore is quite significant for the sustainable development of the whole city. The problems existing in the construction are analyzed deeply in this paper. Moreover, feasible measures for the improvement and a series of innovative ideas including forestation for forage and the establishment of compensative mechanism for ecological environment and so on are put forward. |
