冀东油田水平井钻井液体系的研究与应用

摘    要:针对冀东油田水平井钻井液的技术难点,设计开发了无土相钻井液体系,体系配方为:海水+0.1%NaOH+0.15%Na2CO3+0.7%增粘剂HVIS+1.5%降滤失剂HFLO+2%抑制剂HPA+1%润滑剂HLB+5%KCl+5%暂堵剂QWY。研究结果表明,该体系具有很好的抑制性、抗温性、抗污染性、润滑性及储层保护性能,热滚回收率达93%,泥饼粘滞系数0.0875,LSRV达90000mPa·s以上,破胶后渗透率恢复值达90%以上。现场应用表明,该钻井液体系能满足水平井及大斜度井钻井的技术要求,具有良好的推广应用价值。

Abstract:A clay -free horizontal drilling fluid system was developed to resolve the technical difficulty of drilling fluids for ho NaOH 0.1%, Na2 C 2%, lubricant HLB rizontal wells in Jidong Oilfield. The formula of the system was as follows: seawater, 030. 15%, viscosifier HVIS 0.7%, filtrate reducer HFLO 1.5%, inhibition agent HPA 1%, KCl 5%, and temporary blocking agent QWY 5%. The research result showed that the inhibition, temperature resistance, anti - contamination, lubrication, and reservoir protection of the drilling fluid system were excellent. The recovery rate of the system after hot rolling was as high as 93%, the viscosity factor of the mud cake was 0.0875, LSRV was up to 90,000 mPa·s, the permeability recovery after gel breaking was over 90%. The field application showed that this drilling fluid system met the technical requirement of horizontal well or high -inclination well drilling and was worthy of promotion.
