| 摘 要： | 首先分析了中国城市开发区区位主体的区位需求,界定了开发区区位条件的含义,然后归纳和总结了中国城市开发区现实区位条件的规律,通过对区位条件和开发区效益的相关性的分析,证明了区位条件对开发区发展效益的作用。最后,依据上述开发区的区位效益规律提出了中国城市开发区未来区位调整的方向与策略。

| Abstract: | This paper makes certain the signification of urban industrial districts in China, and analyses the location demand firstly, then concludes and summarizes their location condition. Based on analyzing the relativity between the location and the benefit , demonstrates the hypothesis that location contribute to the benefit, in conclusion, this paper provides the revision orientation and policy for the further industrial districts' development. |
