| 摘 要： | 在pH＝4.0的乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中，N，N-二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠和Hg（Ⅱ）反应生成白色沉淀物，用分光光度计于波长400nm处测量其吸光度。溶液中Hg（Ⅱ）浓度在0～14μg·mL^-1范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系，相关系数0.9995。用此法测定汞溴红药水中汞含量，相对标准偏差0.23%（n=3），回收率平均值为92.8%。

| Abstract: | At pH=4 acetic acid sodium acetate buffer solution, N, N- ethyl dithiocarbamate sodium and Hg （Ⅱ） reacted to form a white precipitate, spectrophotometer was used to measure the absorbance at 400nm wavelength. The Hg （Ⅱ） in solution concentration in the 0～14μg/mL showed a good linear relation with the absorbance,the correlation coefficient was 0.9995. Determination of mercury content in merbromin by this method, the relative standard deviation was 0.23% （n=3）, the average recovery was 92.8%. |
