泡沫渣抑制剂在60 t转炉炼钢生产中的应用

摘    要:分析了转炉炼钢喷溅产生的原因和危害,并探讨泡沫渣抑制剂成分、加入量和加入方式对喷溅的影响。生产结果表明,抑制剂最佳的成分/%:10~15C,35~40Ca0,5~10MgO,25~30挥发分+灰分,粒度20~50mm,加入量2 kg/t,泡沫渣抑制使用后炉渣成分/%:43. 97CaO, 17. 95SiO2,6. 8MgO,碱度2. 45,达到了预期效果,喷溅量由使用前300~600 kg/炉减少至100~300 kg/炉,吨钢可降低生产成本5~10元。

Abstract:The cause and damage to produce splashing in converter steelmaking are analyzed and the effect of foam slag inhibitor ingredient, adding amount and adding method on splashing has been discussed. The production results show that with using the optimum ingredient of inhibitor /% : 10~15C, 35~40CaO, 5~l0MgO, 25~30 volatile-matters + ash, inhibitor size 20 ~ 50 mm, adding amount 2 kg/t and with after using foam slag inhibitor the ingredient of slag is /% : 43.97CaO, 17.95SiO2 , 6.8MgO and basicity 2.45, the expected aim is achieved to decrease slag splashing amount from original 300 - 600 kg/fumace to 100 ~300 kg/furnace, and the production cost per ton steel decreases by 5 ~ 10 yuan.
