| 摘 要： | 目的研究静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)的建立对临床护理工时的影响,为合理利用护理人力资源和改革护理工作流程提供理论依据。方法调查3个病区在建立PIVAS前、后静脉药物配置的时间状况及护理人力的节约状况。结果建立PIVAS前后,各病区有关静脉药物配置的时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各病区节约静脉配置药物的人力近47%。结论静脉药物中心的建立提高了临床护士的工作效率,把临床护士的时间还给患者,具有明显的社会与经济效益。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the influence of establishing pharmacy intravenous admixture services on clinical nursing man-hours, and then support suggestion for nursing reform. Methods Investigated three departments of our hospital to know the changes about nursing man-hours and dispensation time when using the pharmacy intravenous admixture services. Results Before and after using the pharmacy intravenous admixture services, the nursing man-hours and dispensation time were both significant shorter, P<0.05. The saving ratio of nursing man-power was 47%. Conclusions The establishment of pharmacy intravenous admixture services effectively advance the nursing efficiency, and then improve the nursing quality. |
