水浸重过磷酸钙制饲料级磷酸氢钙脱氟工艺的研究

摘    要:介绍了在重过磷酸钙水浸提取磷过程中,采用混合脱氟剂一步脱氟工艺的试验研究;在最佳工艺条件下,水浸脱氟液经氢氧化钙中和及过滤、烘干得到了合格的饲料级磷酸氢钙产品。该工艺充分利用了重过磷酸钙中的水溶钙成分,显著降低了原料消耗及制备费用。

Abstract:One-step defluorination technology in the preparation of feed-grade dicalcium Phosphate from triple superphosphate was introduced. Under the optimal process, the feed-grade dicalcium phosphate could be produced by neutralization of the leach liquor with calcium hydroxide solution, filtration and then dryness. The process fully utilized water-soluble calcium ion and decreased consumption of material and preparation.
