摘    要:本文建立了计算直喷式柴油机气缸内热力过程、气缸周壁传热和气缸盖排气道传热的数学模型,并编制了计算机程序。采用解析法处理气缸周壁传热,特别是应用二维解析法建立活塞顶传热,将气缸周璧传热计算与柴油机气缸内热力过程计算相结合,互为边界条件,因此能模拟计算绝热机工作过程。在几种气缸周壁绝热层布置形式下,以6110A柴油机为例进行了非增压、增压和增压带动力涡轮在标定工况下的模拟计算,并分析了绝热对发动机性能,燃烧过程以及热平衡的影响。为研制绝热发动机提供了预测数据。

Abstract:In this paper a mathematic model and a computer program are compiled, that can be used to calculate the thermodynamic process, heat transfer of cylinder periphery and exhaust duct of cylinder head for direct injection diesel engines.Using analytical method to calculate the heat transfer of cylinder periphery, especially using two dimensional model to calculate the heat transfer of piston crown, themodel is solved by combining with the calculation of thermodynamic process. By means of each using the other for its boundary conditions, the thermodynamic process of adiabatic diesel engine can be simulated.Under condition of several different arrangement of adiabatic profiles for instance, model 6110A diesel engine is cited and simulation for tho naturally aspirated diesel, turbocharging diesel and turbocompound engine at rated routine are carried out. The adiabatio effect on the engine performance, combustion process and heat balance is analysed. The data of forecast are presented for the development of the adiabatic diesel engines.
