The Human Based Approach and the Law-Ruled Management of College Students

This paper analyzes the relation between human-based approach and the law-ruled management of college students, puts forward some viewpoints: the consistency of them, the guidance of human-based approach, the guarantee of law-ruled management, etc. The paper points out the indifferent consciousness of law-ruled management to college students, the mistakes of law-ruled management, the imperfection of laws. Then the paper puts forward three countermeasures: Firstly, strengthen the ideology of man-based and law-ruled management to all college students. Secondly, set up and enrich laws and various regulations. Thirdly, set up valid mechanisms of law-ruled management to college students. This paper has an important consulted value in strengthening the law-ruled management to college students under the view of science development that was set up based on human-based approach.
