高纯度表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)的分离与制备

摘    要:绿茶的乙醇浸提液经过浓缩、脱色和萃取,得到茶多酚粗品。用葡聚糖凝胶LH-20层析柱和制备型HPLC分离提纯儿茶素组分EGCG,结构鉴定结果证明所获得的EGCG其纯品达到色谱纯级。

ISOLATION AND PREPARATION OF HIGH PURITY EPIGALLOCATECHIN GALLATE(EGCG)
Abstract:Abstract In this paper,we reported a method forisolation and purification of catechins from teapolyphenol in green tea.The polyphenol was obtained from greentea by soaking it with 80%ethyl alcohol,thenusing No. 2 solvent for decolorization and de-caffeination and extracting catechins in theaqueous layer with EtAc.The content of cate-chins was 75.43%, the product percent was12.53%.Catechins was separated by automaticcolumn chromatography using a columnpacked with Sephadex LH-20,then furtherseparated and purified by preparative HPLC.Responding to the first peak of preparativeHPLC,it was chromatographically pureEGCG,identified by UV,IR,HPLC, ̄1HNMRandJement analysis.
