TiNi基形状记忆合金的疲劳行为研究现状

摘    要:疲劳性能是评价形状记忆合金优劣的重要指标之一.对TiNi基形状记忆合金的疲劳概念进行了延伸,详尽介绍了旋转弯曲疲劳法(Bending rotation fatigue)测试形状记忆合金的疲劳性能,总结了记忆效应疲劳和超弹性疲劳的机理和研究现状.此外,指出了现阶段形状记忆合金疲劳行为研究存在的不足.

Abstract:Fatigue properties is one of the most important indicators to evaluate shape memory alloys. In this paper the definition of fatigue behavior of the shape memory alloys is extended. Bending rotation fatigue, as a simple and powerful tool to test the fatigue properties, is presented in detail. The research progress in the fatigue of shape memory effect and super-elasticity is summarized. In addition, the limitation and disadvantage of present study in fatigue behavior of shape memory alloys are discussed.
