酸性铀尾渣包裹技术与氡析出控制研究

摘    要:通过对矿堆浸铀尾渣进行包裹试验,考察了高分子防水胶、家装面漆、冷再生乳化沥青、微表处乳化沥青、耐酸水泥5种包裹材料对尾渣氡析出控制的影响,进一步考察了微表处乳化沥青用量对尾渣控氡效果的影响。试验结果表明:微表处乳化沥青包裹控氡效果较好,其经济合理的用量范围为10%~12.5%,当用量为12.5%时,包裹试验10 h后,铀尾渣氡活度浓度下降45%;12.5%微表处乳化沥青与5%活性炭混合制成的复合材料对铀尾渣的氡析出控制效果显著,相比于空白试验,测试时间为10 h时,铀尾渣氡活度浓度降低了71%。

Abstract:The influence of five kinds of wrapping materials, such as high polymer waterproof glue, home top coat, cold recycled emulsified asphalt, micro surface emulsified asphalt and acid resistant cement, on radon emission control of tailings is investigated by wrapping test of tailings from heap leaching of uranium in a mine. The influence of micro surface emulsified asphalt amount on radon control effect of tailings is further investigated. The experimental results show that the wrapping control effect of micro surface emulsified asphalt is better, its economic and reasonable dosage range is 10%~12.5%, when the dosage is 12.5%, the radon activity concentration of uranium tailing decreases by 45% in 10 hours after wrapping test;the composite material is prepared by mixing 12.5% micro surface emulsified asphalt with 5% activated carbon, which has a significant effect on radon emission control of uranium tailing, compared with the blank test, when the test time is 10 hours, the radon activity concentration of uranium tailings is decreased by 71%.
