基于短电弧切削加工技术高效性特点的研究

摘    要:通过列举短电弧切削技术在水泥磨辊、立磨辊套、大型钢轧辊、磨煤辊等行业成功应用的实例,显现短电弧切削技术的高效性。通过高速摄像机拍摄短电弧的现场加工图片,得出短电弧放电通道的特点是多个点同时发生放电,并建立放电通道。再通过微观研究工具电极和工件电极的表面,结合发生放电间隙s,解释短电弧多通道群组放电的可能性,从而解释了短电弧群组加工技术的高效性。
