产脂肪酶假丝酵母的筛选及其研究

摘    要:从武汉油污样中分离获得一株高产脂肪酶酶的假丝酵母R-2.发酵研究表明,最适培养基为蛋白胨20g/L,蔗糖10g/L,橄榄油5g/L,(NH4)2SO41g/L,MgSO4.7H2O1g/L,K2HPOR1g/L和吐温-801g/L,最适产酶条件为30℃,初始pH7.0,转速200r/min,培养32h ,最高产酶活力达到1437u/mL,酶作用最适温度40℃,最适pH7.5。

Abstract:A lipase-producing strain Candida R-2 is isolated from oil ontained earth samples. The optimal medium for lipase production has been found: peptone 20 g/L, sucrose 10 g/L, olive oil 5 g/L, (NH4)2SO4 1 g/L, MgSO4 ·7H2O 1 g/L, K2HPO4 1 g/L and tween-80 1 g/L. And the optimal culture condition is cultured at initial pH7.0 at 30℃ for 32 hours with a rotating speed of 200 r/min. The maximum lipase production reaches 1 437 u/mL, and the optimal pH and temperature for the lipase are 7.5 and 40℃, respectively.
