摘    要:某台1 000 MW超超临界机组发电机前轴承出现振动偏大且波动的故障,因此开展了分析相关参数对振动影响规律的试验。根据试验可知,发电机前轴承的轴振受到润滑油油温和氢气温度的影响较明显,基本可判断出密封瓦发生一定的碰磨,但仍难以全面解释振动的波动原因。通过检查性大修,揭缸检查发现机组不但存在密封瓦碰磨,且存在球面轴承自动定位能力不良的问题,影响了密封瓦的碰磨,对故障的判断造成一定影响,为同类型机组的类似振动故障诊断及处理提供参考。

Abstract:Large vihration occured to the frontal bearing of generator in 1 000 MW supercritical unit. Therefore, the experiment of relevant parameter effect on vibration is carried out. According to the experiment, the vibration of frontal bearing is affected by the temperature of oil and hydrogen, it could inferred that sealing ring has been abrased. However, that could not explain the fluctuation of vibration in all. Then hy inspectional overhaul, the casing is uncovered, not only sealing ring abrasion is proved, but also spheri- cal bearing jam fault found in the unit. The spherical bearing jam fault hrought about the abrasion of sealing bearing, and it "affected the judgment of the fauh. This case can provide important reference for the diagnosis and management of similar vibration fault.
