四川省X线电子计算机断层扫描装置成本效益分析

目的对2007年四川省各市州X线电子计算机断层扫描装置(CT)的成本效益情况进行分析,为卫生行政部门科学管理和合理配置该设备提供依据。方法通过计算现有CT的年利润率、净现值及设备的投资回收期,分析全省不同等级医疗机构CT的使用绩效。结果全省共有CT397台,每台设备年运营成本中位数为94.7万元,年业务收入中位数为100.0万元,纯收入中位数为10.4万元,利润率的中位数为14.6%,净现值中位数为66.7万元,回收年限中位数为2.8年。全省有39台(9.8%)设备无法在规定期限内收回投资,主要集中在二级医院和无等级医院。结论全省CT总体运营情况较好,但是部分二级医院和无等级医院成本回收较差,配置与医院现状和发展相适应规格的设备,采取措施降低CT运营成本和提高效益。

Cost-benefit of Computerized Tomography Devices Use in Sichuan

Objective To analyze the cost-benefit of the utilization of computerized tomography（CT） devices in the hospitals at different level in Sichuan province,2007 and provide scientific evidence for the management and allocation of the CT devices.Methods The profit rate,current value and time to recoup investment of the CT devices were calculated to analyze the utilization of the CT devices in these hospitals.Results Totally 397 CT devices were equipped in the hospitals in Sichuan province.The median of annual operating cost was 947 000 yuan,the median of annual operating revenue was 1 million yuan,the median of annual net profit was 104 000 yuan and the median of current value was 667 000 yuan.The median of the time to recoup investment was 2.8 years.The investment for 39 CT devices（9.8%） in grade 2 hospitals or those without grade could not be recouped in defined time.Conclusion The operation of CT devices was well in Sichuan province,but the recouping of the investment in some grade 2 hospitals or those without grade might be difficult to be realized in defined time.It is important to allocate the equipment which fit hospital＇s current status,reduce the operating cost and increase the operating benefit of CT devices.
