冠心病心绞痛中西医结合临床疗效评价指标及方法的研究现状和思考

冠心病心绞痛病证结合证候诊断标准正在不断完善,如何评价临床疗效已成为一个亟待解决的问题。笔者筛选出2000-2007年间国内中文核心期刊发表的中、西医冠心病临床研究资料,从症状、体征、实验室指标等不同层面系统分析了冠心病心绞痛常用疗效评价指标和方法,以期为冠心病心绞痛中西医临床疗效评价体系的建立提供思路。

Establishing Standard Clinical Curative Efficacy Evaluation System of CHD in Combination of TCM and Western Medicine: Research status and thinking ways

As the standard of integration of disease and its syndrome as well as syndrome diagnosis of CHD has been perfecting,how to evaluate its clinical curative effect has become a problem which needs for prompt solving.To systematically analysis the widely used indices and methods in evaluating clinical curative efficacy of CHD,several different clinical research data including syndromes,signs,laboratory informations which are selected from 2000 to 2007 on domestic Chinese core journals have been reviewed,the purpuse of which is to provide some useful ideas for establishing its clinical curative efficacy evaluation system.
