持续性护理干预对糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响

目的探讨持续性护理干预对糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响。方法 132例糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各66例,对照组接受住院常规护理。观察组在常规护理基础上进行出院后持续性护理干预。观察2组患者血糖和糖化血红蛋白的变化及遵医行为情况。结果治疗后观察组空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白均低于治疗前,对照组仅空腹血糖低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组饮食控制、遵医用药、运动疗法、自我检测等遵医率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续性护理干预可提高糖尿病患者治疗依从性。

The effect of continuous nursing intervention on treatment compliance of diabetics

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention on treatment compliance of diabetics.Methods 132 cases of diabetics were randomly divided into observation group and control group,66 cases of each.The control group received routine nuring care,but the observation group was added with continuing nursing intervention after leaving hospital on the basis of routine nuring care.Bloodb sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin and compliance behavior in both groups were observed.Results In the observation group the fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin after treatment were lower than those before treatment,but in the control group only fasting blood glucose was low compared with before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）;The fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the observation group after treatment were respectively lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）;The compliance rate of diet control,drug using,physical therapy and self-detection in observation group were respectively higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention can improve the treatment compliance of diabetics.
