体表神经电刺激治疗脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱的临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察体表骶神经电刺激结合胫神经电刺激治疗脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱的临床疗效。方法:将29例符合纳入标准的脊髓损伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组15例,采用体表骶神经电刺激结合胫神经电刺激治疗;对照组14例,采用针灸治疗。结果:两组患者治疗后24h排尿次数比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);治疗后24h尿失禁次数、每次排尿量及残余尿量比较,治疗组改善情况均优于对照组(P〈0.05);两组治疗后神经功能评分及日常生活活动能力评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:体表神经电刺激治疗脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱可有效地改善患者膀胱功能。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of surface sacral nerve and tibial nerve electrical stimulation on neurogenic bladder with spinal cord injury. Methods: The 29 cases of spinal cord injury patients that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment and control group. The 15 patients in the treatment group were treated with surface sacral nerve and tibial nerve electrical stimulation, and 14 patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture. Re- suits: After treatment, the comparison of 24-hour voiding frequency showed no significant difference (P〉0.05), but, on the 24-hour urinary incontinence, each voided volume and residual urine comparison, the treatment group improved significantly better than the control group (P〈0.05); after the treatment, the comparison of neurological score activities and daily living score showed no significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion: Surface electrical nerve stimulation can effectively improve bladder func-tion in patients with spinal cord injury.
