减水剂对尾砂膏体的和易性与充填体强度影响研究*

摘    要:充填料浆的和易性和充填体强度关系到充填采矿安全、经济与可靠。针对金川镍矿尾砂膏体充填管道输送中存在堵管问题,开展了泵送减水剂对膏体的和易性与充填体强度影响的试验研究。首先分析了膏体物料的物化特性和颗粒级配;然后采用金川镍矿尾砂膏体充填系统工业生产的技术参数,开展了添加不同泵送减水剂的膏体和易性、充填体强度易性以及流变特性的试验研究。结果显示,添加1%~2%的泵送减水剂不仅改善膏体的和易性,而且还能够提高充填体强度。膏体的和易性随着泵送随减水剂添加量的增加而提高,并且膏体浓度越高提高的效果越显著。但当泵送减水剂添加量达到3%时,充填体28d强度显著降低。综合泵送减水剂对充填体强度和膏体和易性影响的综合分析,确定1.5%~1.8%的泵送减水剂为膏体的最佳添加量。该研究成果为金川镍矿膏体充填系统料浆制备提供依据,已应用于金川矿山工业化生产。

Abstract:Workability of paste filling slurry and strength backfill body is directly related to filling mining economy, security and reliability . Experimental study on the workability and strength of filling body by adding the slurry pumping water reducing agent have done cosidering exisiting problems in tailings paste filling system in Jinchuan Nickel Mine.. Firstly the physico-chemical properties and particle size distribution test materials were analyzed . Then the experimental study on the filling body strength, workability and rheological properties of the filling slurry by adding pumping water-reducing agent with different amount were carried. based on the industrial production technical parameters of the tailings paste backfill system of in Jinchuan Nickel Mine. The results shows, not only the workability of filling slurry is to be improved , but also the filling body strength can be increased, when addition quantity of pumping water-reducing agent is 1 % ~ 2 % . However, the filling body strength for 28d will be significantly reduced, when the amount of pumped water reducer is 3% . the higher the concentration of slurry the more remarkable of the workabilityof filling slurry being improved, by adding pumping water-reducing agent. Based on results the optimum adding amount of pumping water-reducing agent is 1.5% to 1.8 %.
