前列腺增生患者血清特异性前列腺抗原升高的影响因素分析

目的:探讨前列腺增生患者的血清特异性抗原升高的影响因素。方法:将来我院就诊的170例前列腺增生患者按照血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)值分为A、B、C三组,分析患者的年龄、前列腺体积、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、残余尿和前列腺炎与血清PSA之间的关系,并对可能的影响因素做了多元回归性分析。结果:前列腺增生患者的年龄、前列腺体积、IPSS、残余尿和前列腺炎是影响血清PSA的因素,经过多元回归分析显示,年龄、前列腺体积、IPSS和前列腺炎是其独立影响因素。结论:影响血清PSA的危险因素有年龄、前列腺体积、IPSS、残余尿和前列腺炎,其中年龄、前列腺体积、IPSS和前列腺炎是影响血清PSA升高的独立危险因素。

Analysis of influencing factors of elevated serum-specific prostate antigen prostatic hyperplasia

Objective： Elevated serum of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia specific antigen fac- tors were analyzed. Methods.. Our hospital 170 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in the future in ac- cordance with the serum prostate-specific antigen （PSA） value was divided into three groups A, B, C, analysis of the patient＇s age, prostate volume, IPSS, residual urine and prostatitis serum PSA relationship, and the possible effects of factors do multiple regression analysis. Results.. Prostatic hyperplasia patients age, prostate volume, IPSS, residual urine and prostatitis influence factors of the serum PSA after multiple regression analysis showed that age, prostate volume, IPSS and prostatitis independent impact factors. Conclusion.. Affect serum PSA, age, prostate vol- ume, IPSS, residual urine and prostatitis risk factors, including age, prostate volume, IPSS and prostatitis is an in- dependent risk factor for elevated serum PSA.
