应用B-P材料模型分析高温合金GH536试样的热粘塑性特性

摘    要:将Bondner-Partom模型与等效应力函数算法相结合,对热粘塑性材料的非弹性变形和应力分析的有限元方法进行了研究;并对该模型引入大型工程分析软件MARC的方法进行了研究。应用所编程序对高温合金GH536带缺口试件的热弹塑性行为进行了分析。研究表明,应用B—P模型对材料或构件进行热粘塑性分析是可行的。

Abstract:Terms of a contract required us to introduce Bondner Partom(B P) material model into commercial software MARC. In order to achieve this required introduction,we, in subsection 1.2, combined B P material model with equivalent stress function method and derived eqs.(5) through (14). Section 2 gives the FEM(Finite Element Method) calculation model for a V notched high temperature Chinese GH536 alloy steel specimen.Section 3 gives the calculated results,shown in Figs.3, 4, and 5 and obtained with commercial software MARC;these calculated results show that stress relaxation exists at notch when the specimen is subjected to axial cyclic tensile loading; in other words,non elastic strain increases with time and finally leads to failure of specimen.
