摘    要:本文提出导数光谱法快速测定制浆废水COD。简化了测定步骤,减少了人为操作引入的误差,成本低,无污染,检测结果标准偏差为1.0742 mg/L,水样COD值小于400 mg/L时,与传统方法相比,相对误差在±5%以内,具有较高的精密度和准确度,为制浆废水COD检测提供一个新方法。

Abstract:Derivative spectrophotometric method was introduced to detect pulping effluent COD rapidly in the paper. The linear relationship between derivative spectrophotometric signal at 251nm and COD detected by traditional method was established. The COD value of test samples will be calculated according to the relationship and the derivative spectrophotometric signal at 251nm. The procedures of determination were simplified and the error caused by human factors was reduced. The method is characterized by no need of chemicals, low cost and no pollution. In addition, derivative spectrophotometric method as a clean alternative method for the determination of pulping effluent COD has higher precision and higher accuracy within 400mg/L COD value.
