中西医结合治疗对复治肺结核肺部CT征象影响的临床研究

目的：观察中西医结合治疗对复治肺结核肺部CT病灶征象的影响。方法将58例复治性肺结核患者随机分为治疗组29例和对照组29例。观察两组治疗前后肺部CT病灶及空洞的变化情况。结果两组治疗8个月后，病灶吸收情况比较，观察组患者总有效率为93.1%，明显优于对照组的77.8%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组肺部CT空洞变化比较，治疗组患者总有效率为90.1％，明显优于对照组的78.3％，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗复治性肺结核对病灶吸收及空洞闭合情况均有良好的促进作用，且安全有效，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Research of The Influence of Therapy of Combing Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Retreatment of Tuberculosis Lung Computed Tomography Signs

Objective Observations of the influence of therapy of combing traditional Chinese and Western medicine on re-treatment of tuberculosis lung computed tomography signs. Methods The 58 retreatment of tuberculosis patients were randomLy di-vided into treatment group 29 and control group 29.To observe the changes of CT lung lesions in the two groups before and after treatment.Results After 8 months treatment, observation group total effective rate was 93.1%, that was significantly better than the 77.8%in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In comparing of the changes of the two groups CT lung cavity, the treatment group total effective rate was 90.1%, that was significantly better than the 78.3% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There is good enhancement in therapy of combing traditional Chi-nese and Western medicine on retreatment of tuberculosis focus absorption and cavity closure. And the therapy is safe and effective , worthy of clinical application.
