中频脉冲电刺激结合系统化膀胱功能训练对脊髓损伤后尿路感染的影响

摘    要:目的观察中频脉;中电刺激结合系统化膀胱功能训练对脊髓损伤后尿路感染的影响。方法将45例完全性脊髓损伤后患者随机分为治疗组及对照组。第一阶段(未发生尿路感染阶段),治疗组给予中频脉冲电刺激治疗及系统化膀胱功能训练,对照组仅给予系统化膀胱功能训练,比较2组患者尿路感染的发生率及发生尿路感染的时间;第二阶段(发生尿路感染阶段),治疗组给予中频脉;中电刺激治疗及系统化膀胱功能训练,对照组给予常规抗感染治疗及系统化膀胱功能训练,比较2组患者3d后尿路感染的治愈率。结果2组患者经第一阶段治疗,治疗组尿路感染发生率低于对照组,尿路感染发生时间延长。2组患者经第二阶段治疗,尿路感染治愈率无显著性差异。结论中频脉冲电刺激治疗结合系统化膀胱功能训练,能降低脊髓损伤后尿路感染的发生率,但对脊髓损伤后发生尿路感染的患者无治疗作用。

Effect of mid-frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with systematic bladder functional training on urinary tract infection after spinal cord injury

Abstract:Objective It is to observe the effect of mid-frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with systematic bladder functional training on urinary tract infection after spinal cord injury. Methods 45 cases of patients with complete spinal cord injury were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In the first stage (without urinary tract infection) , the treatment group was given mid-frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with systematic bladder functional training, the control group only given systematic bladder functional training. The occurrence rate and time of urinary tract infection be- tween the two groups were compared. In the second stage (with urinary tract infection) , the treatment group was given the same stimulation and training, and the control group was given normal anti-inflammation therapy, the cure rate of the infection was compared between both groups. Results After the treatment in the first stage, the infection rate was lower and infection time was longer in treatment group than that in the control group. There was no significant difference in the infection rate be- tween both groups after treatment in the second stage. Conclusion Mid-frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with systematic: bladder functional training can reduce the rate of urinary tract infection after spinal cord injury, but it can not treat for the infection after spinal cord injury.
