Identification Technique of Machine Failure by Diagnostic Parameters

This paper introduces the vibration time signal parameters used for machine failure diagnosis and their features in application.The parameters differ in the sensitivity to various kinds of failures,which are selected in diagnosis of different failures.The simple expressions of frequency moment calculation are also given in the paper.All the parameters can be easily calculated directly by the time signal.They are simply applied to a quick diagnosis of the general machine failures and the diagnosis is available.
