| 摘 要： | 我国的风景资源管理形式分为风景名胜区、城市湿地公园、水利风景区、地质公园、矿山公园、森林公园、湿地公园、自然保护区、旅游景区(点)等,各名称有不用的含义,但管理体制不顺成为制约各种风景资源发展的共同重要原因.本文从立法、管理主体、管理机构、管理资金等方面探寻我国风景资源管理体制的特点及问题,提出相应的建议,对我国风景资源管理体制的建立做出了有益的探索.
