| 摘 要： | 对放射状角膜切开术后病人３２例６０眼连续随访半年以上（平均８．９个月）。术前平均等效球面镜屈光度为－５．５１Ｄ，术后８．９月等效球面镜于均降低－５．３２Ｄ，术后裸眼视力≥１．０者７１．４％，≥０．５者９２．０６％。

| Abstract: | 2 cases(60 eyes)were performed radial keratotomy(RK)and were continuous followed upover 6 month.The mean preoperative spherical equivalent rafraction was-5.51D. Postoperativespherical equival ent rafraction was reduced 5.32D over 6 month.The percentage of eyes withpostoperative uncorrected visual acuity≥1.0,was>71.4%,and that≥0.5,92.06%. |
