摘    要:活塞外表面密封圈在活塞缸中,起到隔离两腔、防止泄漏的作用。工作过程中密封圈经常出现单边、局部的非均匀磨损。非均匀磨损的主要原因是因为活塞杆与活塞连接以后所导致的活塞外表面与缸筒内表面的不同轴。通过采用柔性连接方式,可以消除活塞杆与活塞连接以后产生的影响因素,解决液压缸活塞外表面密封圈产生的非均匀磨损。

Abstract:The seal packing collar outside surface in the piston plays a role in separating two cavities and preventing leakage. During the work process, uneven wear occurs frequently along the single-side of the seal packing collar because that it is eccentric between connecting rod and piston. The effect factors can be eliminated through the use of flexible connection between rod and piston, which can solve the problem of uneven wear.
