针灸对大脑皮层诱发电位影响的研究

摘    要:为探讨针灸对大脑皮层诱发电位的影响,围绕针灸的作用机理进行了广泛的研究。针灸是一种对机体进行物理刺激,在体内发生复杂的神经、免疫等多系统的调整作用而产生治疗效应的方法。大脑皮层是参与该调整效应的主要中枢,大脑皮层诱发电位是研究脑功能活动的重要方法。针灸对大脑皮层功能状态有显著的影响,诱发电位是研究针灸效应的敏感指标。本文从针灸对体感电位(SEP)的影响、针灸对视觉电位(VEP)的影响、针灸对听觉诱发电位(AEP)的影响三个方面进行了文献回顾。

Abstract:This paper centers on the extensive study of the functional mechanism of acupuncture in order to explore acupuncture's effect on the evoked potential of cerebral cortex. Acupuncture is a physical stimulus to the body, which brings about the regulation of neural, immune and other systems within the body. Cerebral cortex is the center in this regulation, and the evoked potential the chief method in the study of the functional activities of the brain. Acupuncture markedly affects the functional situation of cerebral cortex, and the evoked potential serves as a sensitive index for the study of acupuncture's efficacy. This paper makes a documentary review of acupuncture's effect on SEP, VEP, and AEP.
