恶性黑素瘤的治疗新进展

近年来恶性黑素瘤发病率有明显上升趋势,其对单纯放疗及化疗均不敏感,它是一种免疫原性较高的肿瘤。目前用于恶性黑素瘤的生物治疗方法包括免疫治疗、基因治疗及抗血管生成治疗等,其中过继性免疫治疗的临床应用研究近年来得到快速发展,同时免疫调节性单克隆抗体药物以及针对BRAF基因V600E突变和C-KIT基因突变为靶点的临床研究最引人关注。这些研究为恶性黑素瘤的免疫及基因治疗提供了新思路,成为目前的研究热点。

New Advances in Treatment of Malignant Melanoma

In recent years the incidence of malignant melanoma has a clear upward trend,it is not sensitive to radiotherapy or chemotherapy.However,malignant melanoma is a tumor with higher immunogenicity.Current biological treatments for malignant melanoma include immune therapy,gene therapy and anti-angiogenic treatment etc.,among which the clinical application of adoptive immune therapy is in the rapid development in recent years;meanwhile,the clinical research of regulatory monoclonal antibody drugs and therapy targeted at BRAF V600E and C-KIT mutations have drawn the most attention.The studies have provided new ideas for malignant melanoma immune and gene therapy,which have become the hotspot for the time being.
