依达拉奉联合川芎嗪注射液治疗脑梗死临床观察

目的：观察依达拉奉与川芎嗪注射液联合治疗脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法：将90例脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组及对照组，对照组42例予西医常规治疗，治疗组48例在对照组治疗基础上加用依达拉奉及川芎嗪注射液治疗，两组均于治疗前及治疗2周后观察疗效，进行神经功能缺损评分及日常生活能力（ADL）评分进行评估。结果：2组治疗后神经功能缺损评分较本组治疗前均降低（P〈0．05），治疗组治疗后神经功能缺损评分低于对照组（P〈O．05）。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：依达拉奉联合川芎嗪注射液可以促进神经功能的恢复，显著减少致残率，提高临床疗效。

Clinical observation on edaravone combined with ligustrazine injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of edaravone injection combined with ligustrazine injection in the treatment of cerebral infartion. Methods：Ninety patients were randomly divided into two groups： a control group and a treatment group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment,while patients in the treatment group were treated with edaravone combined with ligustrazine injection based on routine treatment. The neurological functional deficit scores and ability of daily life （ADL） were conducted to evaluate the efficacy of both groups before the therapy and two weeks after therapy. Result： After treatment ,there were significant differences before and after treatment（P〈0.05）, the scores of neurological functional deficit in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The total effective rates of the two groups had significant differences （P〈0.05）, and the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion：The application of edaravone combined with ligustrazine injection can promote the recovery of neural function and decrease the degree of disability, improving the clinical efficacy.
