| 摘 要： | 应用区域开发的思想和理论论述了对西部开发的若干认识 ,提出了非均衡发展、增长极培育、体制创新的论点及其基本对策。认为西部开发应针对区域资源空间的差异性 ,在时间上采用先后发展步骤 ,重点开发 ;通过运行体制的不断创新以保证区域开发的顺利进行 ;开发中应着重加强基础设施、产业发展、科技教育和生态建设等方面的工作。

| Abstract: | This paper dealt with some ideas about development in West China using the theory of regional development, puts forward viewpoints of the unbalanced development, the growth pole cultivation, the system innovation and basic countmeasures. According to spacial otherness of regional resources, the highest priority should be given to important regions. In order to develop smoothly, the running system should be improved successively. Infrastructure construction, industry development, sci-technology, education, and ecological construction should be strengthened in the development of China Westsite. |
