高频彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺髓样癌的价值

目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺髓样癌的价值。方法回顾性分析应用高频彩色多普勒超声检查的14例乳腺髓样癌患者的影像资料,观察其二维超声声像图表现（包括大小、边界、形态、内部回声、后方回声）及彩色多普勒血流灌注特点。结果乳腺髓样癌具有特征性声像图表现：肿物边界清楚、但无包膜,形态规则,内部回声低,后方回声增强,血供丰富。结论高频彩色多普勒超声检查有助于乳腺髓样癌与其他类型乳腺癌以及乳腺良性肿瘤的鉴别诊断。

The Value of High-frequency Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis with Breast Medullary Carcinoma

Objective To explore the value of High-frequency color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis with breast medullary carcinoma.Methods Retrospective analysis of 14 patients（15 lesions） of image data with breast medullary carcinoma,these patients had color doppler ultrasonographic.2-Dimensional ultrasonographic sonographic appearance（size,sharply morphologic,internal echo and posterior echo）,and the observed of color doppler blood flow perfusion characteristic of tumor.Results Ultrasonographic sonographic appearance of breast medullary carcinoma：sharply demarcated and no enveloped,morphologic of rule,low of internal echo,enhancement of posterior echo,rich of blood supply in the tumor.Conclusion Ultrasonographic can be helpful in the differentiation diagnosis of the breast medullary carcinoma from the other type breast carcinoma and breast benign tumors.
