SN7-33井表面活性剂驱油研究与应用

摘    要:针对江苏ShaN低渗透油藏非均质性强、物性差、孔隙结构复杂、水驱采收率较低的问题,开展了粘稳型表面活性剂HLX1和驱油表面活性剂HLX2的界面张力、吸附、乳化、防膨和驱油室内评价试验。根据试验结果进行了表面活性剂驱注入工艺优化,设计1.5%HLX1为前置防膨段塞,0.3%HLX2为驱油主段塞,在SN7-33井进行表活剂驱油现场试验,取得了增油降水效果。

Abstract:Aiming at the low permeability reservoir ShaN ’ s problems such as strong heterogeneity ,poor reservoir prop-erty,complicated pore structure and lower waterflooding oil recovery ,some experiments were performed to evaluate the in-terfacial tension,adsorption,emulsification,anti -swelling,and oil displacement efficiency of the two surfactants ,HLX1 and HLX2.On the basis of evaluation results ,the displacement scheme was optimized ,which is a prepad slug with a 1.5%of the anti-swelling surfactant HLX1 solution,a main slug with a 0.3%of the oil-displacing surfactant HLX2 solution, and the subsequent waterflooding .A pilot of the surfactant flooding was implemented in the well SN 7 -33.The pilot showed a promising result .
