黄酮类化合物的结构-抗氧化活性关系研究进展

摘    要:黄酮类化合物是一类在自然界广泛分布的多酚类抗氧化剂.由于其具有多种生物活性和药理作用,已引起了人们广泛的兴趣.笔者综述了黄酮类化合物的结构特征、生物特性。重点讨论了它的抗氧化、清除自由基的作用和其化学结构的关系.黄酮类化合物构效关系的研究对寻找高效、廉价、低毒的抗氧化剂是十分必要的手段.

Abstract:Flavonoids is one of the phennolic antioxidants widely existing in nature, which have gained the mistry interest because of their various biological and phannacologal activity. This review article discusses the structural and biological properties of the flavonoids and focuses on the relationship between their antioxidant, as free radical scavengers, and their chemical structure. Research in the stucture - antioxidant activity relationship of flavonoids compounds is a necessary means for seeking highly efficient, cheap, and low poisonous antioxidants.
