| 摘 要： | 针对食品微生物学的课程考核方式进行了初步研究，采取对照试验的方法，对传统的期末考试方法与“当堂课考核需要掌握的关键点”的新方法进行了比较。食品微生物学课程的理论部分和实验部分采用“当堂课考核需要掌握的关键点”的考试方法后，不仅大大提高了学生学习本课程的积极性，而且还提高了学习成绩，特别是学生对“必需掌握的关键点”掌握得特别牢固。
