| 摘 要： | 综合考虑基于同构、几何、精度、材料、性能等属性的冗余零部件相似准则，建立了问题的形式化描述模型，采用欧几里德贴近度来计算零部件之间的相似度，提出了基于模糊聚类的重组算法，探讨了重组方案的分析和调整策略。以摩托车液压盘式制动器的制动盘重组为实例，证明了基于模糊聚类的零部件重组策略和方法具有一定的有效性。

| Abstract: | Synthetically considering similar rules of parts based on properties of isostructure, dimension,precision,material and performance, a formalization model of the problem was established, similarity of the parts was measured by Euclidean proximity. Reengineering arithmetic was advanced based on fuzzy clustering, the analysis and adjustment of reengineering scheme was discussed. The strategy and method are effective in an instance of brake disk reengineering for a motorcycle-hydraulic- disk- brake. |
