| 摘 要： | 介绍了CANopen协议的通信模型和设备结构,分析了CANopen协议在煤矿采掘设备电控系统中的应用方案。该电控系统以专用控制器和嵌入式人机界面作为CANopen通信系统的网络节点,采用CANopen协议实现各节点间的数据传输,以实现多电动机的多种保护、多传感器信息的采集、电动机运行参数的实时显示及远程控制功能。井下工业性试验表明,该控制系统中的CANopen通信系统稳定可靠,未出现任何通信故障,从而降低了整个电控系统的故障率。
