湖北省大学生艾滋病感染脆弱性调查

目的了解大学生预防艾滋病感染的脆弱性，探索适宜的干预措施。方法采用多阶段抽样方法，对湖北省3所大学2090名学生进行问卷调查。结果大学生对艾滋病三条传播途径的知晓率均超过92％，对蚊虫叮咬是否传播艾滋病的知晓率为48．2％；超过50％的学生对婚前性行为持模棱两可的态度；5．3％的大学生存在性行为，最近一次性行为安全套使用率仅为39．6％；52．0％的学生接受过性病艾滋病教育。结论大学生对高危行为存在着模糊的认识，学校对大学生的相关教育和支持不足。

Survey on vulnerability of HIV/AIDS infection among college students in Hubei Province

Objective To understand the vulnerability of HIV/AIDS infection among the college students in Hubei Province and to explore the appropriate intervention strategies.Methods A self-administrated questionnaire survey was conducted among 2090 students in three universities in Hubei.Results The students knew the three main transmissions of AIDS well(the awarness rate over 92%),but knew less about "Mosquito can trasmit HIV"(the awareness rate 48.2%).More than half of the students have obscure attitude towards premarital sexual behavior.5.3% of the students had sex experience,but only 39.6% of them used condom in their last sexual behavior.52.0% of the students had recieved health education of HIV/AIDS prevention.Conclusion The college students didn't understand the HIV/AIDS high-risk behavior very clearly,and the universities didn't provide enough education,guidance and support to their students.
